1. Tether Dominance (USDTDOM) — Short, Closed
Entry: 7.0194 · Exit: 6.2600 · 45x · +486.8%

The Setup:
USDTDOM spent Thursday afternoon and evening working either side of 7.03. The 22:00 UTC hourly candle closed above it at 7.0359, and the 23:00 candle closed back below at 7.0229. The short was market opened after that close, at 7.0194, on Friday 18 September at 00:00 UTC. There was nothing above price close enough to rest a limit at, so it was taken at market.
Trade Management:
Stop-loss set at 7.06, this week’s open. USDTDOM has traded both sides of 7.06 since February and was back at it on 17 September. A move back over the open means the break of 7.03 failed. Distance 0.5788% above entry, 26.05% of collateral at 45x. Worst drawdown 0.391% at 00:29 UTC, 29 minutes after the fill, roughly two thirds of the distance to the stop. That makes it the one that ran closest to its stop of any trade here. Liquidation sits at 7.1683.
The Exit:
Take-profit rested at 6.26. USDTDOM has traded both sides of it and had not been there since 29 January. It filled at 20:19 UTC on Monday 21 September. 19R off the stop, the far target justified by the stop that set it: a 0.5788% risk against a level 10.8% away.
What It Paid:
Move +10.82%. Net +486.8%. A stop-out would have cost 26.05% of collateral. 19R. Held 3d 20h.
Takeaway:
A 0.5788% stop is what let a 19R target sit far enough away to catch the whole move without getting shaken out first.

2. BNB Dominance (BNBDOM) — Long, Closed
Entry: 3.7412 · Exit: 3.8000 · 100x · +157.1%

The Setup:
3.73 had rejected BNBDOM twice before this week and was last traded on 17 September. The 19:00 UTC candle closed through it at 3.7394, and the long was market opened after that close, at 3.7412, on Thursday 17 September at 20:00 UTC.
Trade Management:
Stop-loss set at 3.73, the level just reclaimed. Back under it, the breakout is void. Distance 0.3005% below entry, 30.05% of collateral at 100x. Worst drawdown 0.180% at 20:04 UTC, four minutes into the hold, roughly 60% of the span down to the stop. Liquidation sits at 3.7076. That 0.3005% stop is what carries 100x here.
The Exit:
Take-profit rested at 3.80. BNBDOM tagged it on 5, 6 and 8 September, a cluster from two weeks earlier, and before that across late May and early June. It filled at 02:31 UTC on Friday 18 September. 5R off the stop.
What It Paid:
100x sat behind a 0.3005% stop. Move +1.57%. Net +157.1%. A stop-out would have cost 30.05% of collateral. 5R. Held 6h 31m, the fastest trade in the set.
Takeaway:
The level that had rejected BNBDOM twice doubled as the stop once reclaimed, so the invalidation and the entry signal were the same price.

3. Solana Dominance (SOLDOM) — Long, Closed
Entry: 2.2814 · Exit: 2.4000 · 30x · +156.0%

The Setup:
SOLDOM opened the week at 2.2634 and spent Thursday inside a range between the open and 2.28. The 17:00 UTC hourly candle closed above 2.28 and gave it back an hour later. The 21:00 candle closed above it again at 2.2803, and the long was market opened after that close, at 2.2814, on Thursday 17 September at 22:00 UTC. The entry waited for the close that held rather than the first close through the level.
Trade Management:
Stop-loss set at 2.26, the week’s open, which has held SOLDOM before. Below it, the range is lost and so is the breakout. Distance 0.9379% below entry, 28.14% of collateral at 30x. Worst drawdown 0.227% at 00:24 UTC on Friday, about a quarter of the room to the stop. Liquidation sits at 2.2076.
The Exit:
Take-profit rested at 2.40. It held SOLDOM five times and had not traded since 25 January. It filled at 17:21 UTC on Friday 18 September. 6R off the stop.
What It Paid:
30x carried a 0.9379% stop here. Move +5.20%. Net +156.0%. A stop-out would have cost 28.14% of collateral. 6R. Held 19h 21m.
Takeaway:
The first close above 2.28 gave the level back within the hour; waiting for the second one, not the first, is what put the long on the right side of the breakout.

4. Ethereum Dominance (ETHDOM) — Long, Closed
Entry: 11.4695 · Exit: 11.7300 · 45x · +102.2%

The Setup:
ETHDOM slid overnight from 11.55 to a low of 11.409 at 03:00 UTC on Friday, just above 11.40. The 09:00 candle closed back above 11.46 at 11.4638, and the long was market opened after that close, at 11.4695, on Friday 18 September at 10:00 UTC.
Trade Management:
Stop-loss set at 11.40. ETHDOM has traded both sides of it and was last there on 16 September. The overnight slide stopped short of it. Through it, that low gives way and the reclaim of 11.46 means nothing. Distance 0.6060% below entry, 27.27% of collateral at 45x. Worst drawdown 0.196% at 13:03 UTC, roughly a third of the distance down to the stop. Liquidation sits at 11.2261.
The Exit:
Take-profit rested at 11.73, last traded on 14 September, the week before this one. It filled at 00:13 UTC on Monday 21 September. 4R off the stop.
What It Paid:
A 0.6060% stop is what let 45x fit this one. Move +2.27%. Net +102.2%. A stop-out would have cost 27.27% of collateral. 4R. Held 2d 14h.
Takeaway:
A low that stopped short of the stop, not through it, is what let the reclaim stand and the target run to 4R.

5. Bitcoin Dominance (BTCDOM) — Short, Closed
Entry: 59.1700 · Exit: 58.8200 · 45x · +26.6%

The Setup:
The only limit order in the set. 59.17 is long-standing structure: BTCDOM has traded both sides of it through this year and last, and it was in play again on 17 September. BTCDOM spent Thursday night and Friday morning below it, down to 58.71. The 13:00 UTC hour on Friday ran from 58.83 to 59.16, and the limit short resting at 59.17 filled at 14:00 UTC on Friday 18 September. The level was marked before price got there, so there was nothing to chase.
Trade Management:
Stop-loss set at 59.46, the prior week’s high. It has rejected BTCDOM four times, most recently on 14 September. Above it, the short’s thesis is gone: BTCDOM has cleared last week’s range with nothing left overhead to lean on. Distance 0.4901% above entry, 22.05% of collateral at 45x. Worst drawdown 0.148% at 14:24 UTC, 24 minutes after the fill, under a third of the span to the stop. Liquidation sits at 60.4553.
The Exit:
Take-profit rested at 58.82. BTCDOM has traded both sides of it and last touched it on 19 August. It is also where BTCDOM sat on Friday morning before the run up into the fill. It filled at 00:22 UTC on Monday 21 September. 1.2R off the stop.
What It Paid:
45x rode a 0.4901% stop on this one. Move +0.59%. Net +26.6%. A stop-out would have cost 22.05% of collateral. 1.2R. Held 2d 10h.
Takeaway:
The only resting order in the set was also the only one that had to wait for price to come to it, and 1.2R for a level marked in advance is exactly what the plan was worth.

Retrospective and illustrative only. Every trade shown here was selected after the fact, with full knowledge of how the week resolved. These are hypothetical results chosen in hindsight to illustrate the range of setups that dominance pairs produce in a single week. They are not a track record, not a representation of actual trading, and not a representation that any account did or would achieve these results.
Entries and exits are drawn from prices that printed during the stated window, but no fill is guaranteed to have been obtainable at any particular size, and the figures exclude trading fees, funding, slippage and price impact. Returns are expressed as a percentage of collateral at the stated leverage; leveraged positions carry a risk of total loss, and a position can be liquidated by an adverse move well short of the levels shown.
